We know you have doubts. So do we â about politics in general. Here are honest, direct answers to every question visitors ask us.
Completely real. Look at what we have built: complete research on all 38 Bihar districts with population, hospitals, schools, economy and specific demands for each. Six in-depth articles on Bihar's real problems. A data hub with 9 charts. A sources page citing Census, NITI Aayog, and Bihar government data.
We don't ask you to trust us on our word. We ask you to look at the work â and judge us by that.
Nothing is being hidden â the ideas, the research, the demands, the vision are all fully public. What we are protecting is the people behind the movement, not the movement itself.
In Bihar's political environment, stepping forward before building genuine credibility invites targeted attacks, intimidation, and character assassination that stops the actual work. This is not a theory â it happens to every new political voice in Bihar.
JP Narayan built his movement quietly for years before stepping forward. Chanakya trained Chandragupta before revealing the plan. We are doing the same. In 2029, founders will step forward publicly with full names.
Founders are Biharis â born in Bihar, with families in Bihar, with direct experience of Bihar's failures. Some are currently working outside Bihar (like the 1 crore Biharis who had to leave for work), but their connection to Bihar is personal, not political.
The research on districts, the knowledge of local issues, the names of specific problems in each district â this level of detail cannot come from someone who doesn't know Bihar from the inside.
We launched in 2026 and are growing. We will never publish fake inflated numbers â that is the first thing most political movements do, and we refuse to do it.
Our goal is 10,000 genuine members by end of 2026, 1 lakh by 2027. We will publish honest membership milestones as we hit them. Quality of engagement matters more to us than vanity numbers.
No â not yet. Nav Bihar Morcha is currently an online movement, not a registered political party. We plan to file for registration with the Election Commission of India (ECI) in 2029, after we have built genuine community trust.
Being an unregistered movement is completely legal in India. We operate within all laws. We are transparent about our status on every page of this website.
The founders fund it themselves. This website, domain, hosting â all self-funded by the founding members. We do not accept donations from anyone â individuals, corporations, or political parties.
Why no donations? Because taking money creates obligations. We want NBM's positions to be driven only by what is good for Bihar â not by who funded us.
When we formally register as a party in 2029 and begin contesting elections, we will publish complete transparent financial accounts as required by ECI rules.
We collect only your name, mobile number, and district. That's it. Your data is:
â Never sold to anyone ever. â Never shared with any political party or company. â Used only for NBM updates. â Deleted permanently if you request.
You can leave NBM at any time. We will never contact you after that. Full privacy policy is at navbiharmorcha.in/privacy
No. Supporting or joining a political movement is a fundamental right under the Indian Constitution (Article 19). There is nothing illegal about joining NBM â it is an online movement, not a banned organisation.
If you work in a government job and are worried about political affiliation â you are simply joining a movement for Bihar's development. This is no different from being part of any community interest group.
None of them. Nav Bihar Morcha is completely independent. We have no affiliation with BJP, Congress, RJD, JDU, AAP, SP, BSP, or any other party at national or state level.
If any of these parties tries to claim us or we are discovered to be a front for any of them â that would be grounds for shutting NBM down. Our independence is non-negotiable.
We don't support or oppose individuals. We evaluate policies and deliveries against promises. When any government â at centre or state â does something good for Bihar, we will say so. When they fail, we will point to the data and say so.
Our standard is always: Is this good for Bihar's 13 crore people? If yes, we support it. If no, we oppose it. No personal politics.
Bihar has had governments for 75+ years. In that time, it went from a state with natural resources and strategic location to ranking #35 out of 36 states in per capita income. Something has clearly not worked.
Every existing major party in Bihar operates on caste arithmetic, family dynasties, or national party agendas. None of them have presented data-backed, district-specific, measurable development plans. NBM is the attempt to fill that gap.
If Bihar's existing parties deliver real change, NBM would celebrate. But waiting for that has not worked for 75 years.
This is the most common challenge we hear. And it comes from a true observation â Bihar's elections have largely been won through caste consolidation.
But here is what we believe: Bihar's voters are tired. A 2023 survey showed that 72% of Bihar voters said "development" was their top priority over caste. The question is whether any party has given them a credible development-first alternative. We intend to be that alternative.
If we are wrong about voters wanting change over caste â we will accept that in 2030. But we will not compromise our founding principles before even trying.
You register your name, mobile and district. You receive occasional updates about NBM activities and Bihar-related content. That's it for now.
There is no meeting to attend. No contribution to make. No task assigned. You are simply counted as someone who cares about Bihar's future. When we move to offline activities in 2029, we will reach out to members in relevant districts.
Absolutely yes. In fact, Bihari diaspora â both within India and abroad â is one of NBM's most important audiences. Over 1 crore Biharis left Bihar because it couldn't provide them opportunities. Their support, voice, and potential future return is exactly what we are building towards.
If you are a Bihari NRI or migrant worker in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gulf, UK, US â you are as welcome as someone living in Patna.
